Our current free website service is limited only to registered businesses (MSMEs) within Davao Region.

No. As this is already a free service, we require you to send us the needed contents - web copy and images.

We may create the contents for you but this will entail costs. We will send a website design proposal (at a discounted rate) for your approval.

This offer is good up to July 31, 2025 only. The free website hosting using Odoo's Website Builder is free for as long as Odoo allows it.

The current Odoo Module included for free in this offer is for the Website Builder only. Use of other modules will require a license fee billed per user/year. We can help you determine the other Modules you will need and implement the same for you.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS


  1. Scope of Work
    1. Xcitech agrees to:
      1. Create a website of up to ten (10) pages using Odoo’s free Website Builder for registered SME ("Client").
      2. Publish the website under a free Odoo subdomain format: companyname.odoo.com.
      3. Deliver the completed website within a mutually agreed timeframe upon receipt of all required content and materials from the Client.
  3. Optional Services and Fees
    1. The following optional services may be availed by the Client:
      1. Domain Name & Email Registration. If the Client wishes to use a custom domain (e.g., companyname.com), Xcitech will assist in domain registration and provide one (1) professional email address at a fixed cost of PHP 7,500 per domain/year (minimum).
      2. Additional Pages. Should the Client request more than 10 pages, additional pages shall be charged at PHP 2,500 per page.
      3. Other Odoo Applications. Clients who wish to use additional Odoo applications will be required to pay for the official Odoo license and may avail of a discounted implementation fee from Xcitech.
      4. Content Management and Technical Support. Upon project handover, content management becomes the responsibility of the Client. Should the Client request support services, these will be billed at PHP 1,500 per hour.
  5. Client Responsibilities
    1. The Client agrees to:
      1. Provide all necessary text, images, logos, and other materials needed for website creation.
      2. Review and approve the website content and structure promptly to avoid project delays.
  7. Ownership and Use of License-Free Materials
    1. Client confirms that it owns and/or possesses the rights and license to use all submitted materials in their website.
    2. Xcitech may source materials (videos/images) for Client and Client agree to pay the required licenses where required.
  9. Confidentiality
    1. Both Parties agree that all data, documents, and information exchanged or shared during the engagement shall be treated as confidential and protected under a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). No party shall disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent.
  11. Duration and Termination
    1. These Terms and Conditions of Free Website Service shall take effect on the date of mutual confirmation and shall remain in force until the completion of the website creation. Either party may terminate the Agreement with written notice, provided that any costs already incurred are settled accordingly.
  13. Project Approval
    1. Xcitech reserves the right to reject or disapprove requests for free website from companies/entities/groups who are not duly registered (with updated Business Permit) and/or are deemed engaged in illegal/questionable business activities.
  15. Limited number of websites: Only one (1j free website may be availed per company.
