We’re looking for a Business Development Staff (AEC-Focused) to join our core team and help drive the next phase of our growth by working closely with clients in the architecture, engineering, construction, and design space.
No need to be a licensed Architect or Engineer

This role is not a traditional sales job—it’s a chance to combine your AEC background with client engagement, problem-solving, and real-world impact.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients who use AEC and other design software
- Understand client workflows, pain points, and project requirements
- Explain AEC-related solutions in a clear, practical, and non-technical way
- Support the full sales cycle—from initial contact to closing
- Assist in demos and discussions related to drawings, plans, and documentation
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or any related fields.
- Experience using AEC softwares (school projects, internships, or work experience are accepted)
- Comfortable discussing drawings, layouts, and design workflows
- Self-driven, curious, and able to work independently
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Nice to have
- Background in Architecture, Engineering, Drafting, or Construction Technology
- Experience with multiple AEC or design software
- Familiarity with BIM or documentation standards
- Experience presenting or explaining technical concepts to clients
- Exposure to digital marketing, software demos, or client coordination
