Responsibilities
- Provide pre & post-sales technical support activities for BIM solutions, focused on Architecture, Engineering & Construction
- Pre-sales duties which include demonstrating the company products to potential prospects/customers at their site or remotely.
- Provide comprehensive demonstrations, understand customers’ requirements and provide solutions from the company’s solutions and services.
- Answer customers’ questions relating to products, competitive products, and technical issues relating to product integration in customer’s environment.
- Competition tracking and benchmarking.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or any related discipline in design/build/engineering specialties.
- Knowledge of BIM is a must.
- Excellent proficiency and strong command of spoken English and business writing skills.
Nice to have
- Willingness to learn new solutions and technologies.
- Hands-on experience in AEC industry will be an advantage.
- Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills
